The Jan. 8 meeting of Dimmitt’s Grove Neighborhood Association was called to order by Brad Williams at the home of Terri Clemens at 7 PM. There were 8 neighbors present. Minutes were not posted, so were tabled. There was no Treasurer’s report. Efforts are being made to complete more neighborhood surveys for the city. There were only 38 responses. Carlo is hosting a meeting to compile results. The Winter Traveling Social Hour will be Feb. 21 at 501 S. Clayton at 5:30 and then at 510 E. Grove for dessert. The neighborhood flea market will be Sat. June 6. Pam Eaton is looking for new block captains for 3 blocks and there are two other new block captains. Pam suggested that we print 2 newsletters each year and mail them. The March meeting will be at 513 E. Taylor on Mar. 5 at 7 PM.
